We're committed to respecting your privacy and protecting the information you share with us.

Repair Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between the Customer ("You") and TC Tech Support & Solutions, LLC.
You hereby, or have been given power of attorney to, authorize TC Tech Support & Solutions, LLC to make required diagnostic, repairs, upgrades, or replacements; Or to recover, reset, destroy any data, system, or login credentials on equipment owned and specified in the customers equipment information and required service section. You understand and agree to pay the diagnostic fees at regardless of the outcome. If further work is authorized, you agree to pay the hourly rate, fees, and/or taxes specified in the invoice/estimate. All payments are due immediately upon return of the equipment or before leaving the equipment location, in check, cash, or credit card payments. You understand that TC Tech Support & Solutions, LLC is not an authrozied service dealer and work done by TC Tech Support & Solutions, LLC may void any existing warrenties. You understand that TC Tech Support & Solutions, LLC is not in any way, shape, or form responsible for any data loss to the device or computer. You understand that if the computer or device was not working properly at the time of the release, you release TC Tech Support & Solutions, LLC from any liability as a result of further damages in the event of any computer related failure due to hardware wear and tear, application conflicts, faulty applications, virus/malware infections, incompatible third party devices, or system/OS related bugs. During the servicing, TC Tech Support & Solutions, LLC may need certain media to continue the repair process. If you do not have the media for the installations on your computer, TC Tech Support & Solutions, LLC is not required to make available those applications that require physical media, serial numbers, or product keys free of charge and not having the media may slow or halt the servicing of the computer or device until the correct media or registration information is obtained. If data backup/restore service is requested, data will be stored only until the unit is repaired and will be irrevocably destroyed after 14 days to protect your privacy. You agree that any hardware you leave behind may be sold to cover any outstanding payments not received within 30 days of the date of invoicing.

Privacy Policy

TC Tech Support & Solutions, LLC is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropriate protection and management of personal information you share with us (the phrase "personal information" means any information by which you can be identified, such as your name, mailing address, email address, passwords, etc.).

Collecting Information

TC Tech Support & Solutions, LLC will not access any personal identifying or financial information within the customer's computer which is outside the scope of the repair without the customer's prior knowledge and consent.

Unauthorized Access

TC Tech Support & Solutions, LLC will only perform a repair on a computer that is legally owned by the customer. Only those computers presented to TC Tech Support & Solutions, LLC by the authorities with the appropriate legal order will be examined without the customer's expressed consent. TC Tech Support & Solutions, LLC reserves the right to reject any computer repair whose ownership is suspect. If TC Tech Support & Solutions, LLC suspects a computer brought in for repair is stolen property, it is TC Tech Support & Solutions, LLC's legal responsibility to report this suspicion to the appropriate authorities.

Information Storage

TC Tech Support & Solutions, LLC will never copy any personal information, software or files which are outside the scope of the repair without the customer's prior knowledge and consent. All backups of personal information, software or files that are made in the duration of the repair are destroyed before the customer's computer is returned to the customer, unless otherwise directed by the customer. In the event that the customer directs TC Tech Support & Solutions, LLC to back up certain information, only those folders to which the TC Tech Support & Solutions, LLC technician is specifically directed will be backed up. TC Tech Support & Solutions, LLC will never, under any circumstance, search customer file folders to find a specific file or file type. To protect both the customer's privacy and TC Tech Support & Solutions, LLC's legal responsibility, TC Tech Support & Solutions, LLC relies upon the customer to direct the technician to the exact folder the customer wishes to be backed up.

Policy Changes

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
